"In the old Dedham burying ground are to be found tombstones to Nehemiah Fales, who died June 6, 1806, aged 57; to Sarah, his wife, who died May 22, 1845, aged 93; to Elizabeth Fales, daughter of Nehemiah and Sarah, 'who was found murdered May 18, 1801, in the 19th year of her age'; and to Timothy Fales, son of Nehemiah and Sarah, who died November 1, 1803, in his 23rd year."
